Balloons
Shane had a fun time this morning watching the balloons and his stuffed animals that visitors have so kindly brought for him. He's very lucid, especially after a coughing spell, but he gets pretty upset and it is heartbreaking to see his body heave with silent coughs. It is a good sign that he is coughing, though, and getting junk out of his lungs. And although it is still pretty nasty and yellow, it's good that the stuff is getting out of his body. His blood pressure medicine (Dopamine) is down from 10 to 6; and we're hopeful that today will be better than yesterday and the day before. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for everything.

Jess and I are continuing to pray as are my list of praying ladies in NY and around the country and our church. We all are also praying for you and Chris.
